Dun & Bradstreet’s data, insights and AI-driven platforms empower clients to take more intelligent actions that provide a competitive edge, improving the performance of companies and government agencies around the world.
As the creative lead for Dun & Bradstreet’s Sales & Marketing portfolio, I had the opportunity to not only elevate our product portfolio’s creative assets, but to transform the entire D&B brand through a fresh and exciting experience, improving the previously poor marketing performance, hindered by the dated and disjointed creative and messaging. After taking stock of what was being put into market, I led the development of a brand new, unified design system that could scale across D&B’s other business units — Small Business, Finance, Third Party Risk & Compliance, and Public Sector — here in North America and the U.K.
Building on that foundation, I worked to improve the customer journey through cohesive visual experiences from top to bottom of our marketing funnel, all with enhanced accessibility than ever before. By implementing new video content, interactive experiences for our landing pages, and paid media activations, we boosted customer conversion rates and kept viewers engaged longer. And by developing omnichannel campaigns, we ensured our content had a longer lifespan and better reach.
