From Hello to Here’s Your Money

FirstClose consolidates the disparate processes that financial organizations had to cobble together on their own to address borrowers’ home equity needs — none of which were optimal solutions. Today, their clients enjoy a platform that seamlessly integrates with their Loan Origination System to identify viable applicants faster, accelerate HELOCs and home equity loan closings, as well as improve the borrower experience.

Partnering with FirstClose for more than a year, I helped them refresh their dated brand, launch a new website and marketing publications, and improve the user experience and interface of their customer-facing Digital Lending Platform as well as their lending portal for loan underwriters. This newly invigorated design system and brand experience was now able to provide a more unified experience and a streamlined customer journey from hello to here’s your money.
